Pathways to sustainability can help address the pitfalls and shift the focus toward sustainable employment. PEPs should offer participants the opportunity to acquire marketable skills. A well-defined exit strategy should be implemented, concentrating on transitioning participants into permanent employment or entrepreneurship.
