Since June 2020, Seriti has been the fiscal host for the Community Organising Working Group (COWG) for grants and donations. COWG is a collective of leaders from +/- 18 community-based organisations in Gauteng. COWG is a member of the National Vaccine Monitoring Working Group. The COWG has since April 2022, and through funding from UNICEF and DGMT, started to mobilise community members where there are low rates of vaccination – due to poor access but also a general fading interest in getting vaccinated.
