We have designed, developed and run training courses for several thousand programme participants over the years, and have also supported partners in governmental and non-governmental agencies in their staff development efforts. Our training methodology recognises the intrinsic skills and experiences of trainees. Courses embrace participatory learning using case studies, group exercises, role-plays and other experiential methods. Seriti’s educational method combines practical learning, where insights are distilled from experience, with formal courses in which participants can gain perspectives on issues emerging in their everyday lives together with the knowledge and skills to address these issues.

Our approach to capacity building focuses on building resilience, developing organisational awareness and strengthening employability. Our programme design combines “work activity” experience with learning opportunities.
