Seriti Institute has been appointed and accredited by the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform (DRDLR) to serve on the panel of transactional advisors to render services relating to restitution projects.

The objective of the panel is to facilitate settlement and entrench effective business models, which will enable beneficiaries to fully participate and benefit from business activities. The new land owners will be assisted to enter into mutually beneficial commercial and private partnerships with investors to develop their land and create jobs and work opportunities, build capacity and support transformation in land ownership.

 

Seriti has a diverse panel of industry specialists and skilled transactional and organisational development experts to assist the Commission on Restitution of Land Rights (CRLR) to meet the expected demands in the Restitution process and ensure rural livelihoods, decent work and continued social and economic advancement for land restitution beneficiaries and their communities.
