Seriti WINS CWP court case against CoGTA!
In the court case against CoGTA, the Pretoria High Court has ruled that the current CWP procurement process is “constitutionally invalid and unlawful and it is reviewed and set aside.”
As one of the original implementing agents of the CWP programme, Seriti knows just how important the programme is in poor communities where unemployment is rampant. Our decision to go to court was to take a stand against corruption and seek justice. Justice in this case is justice for millions of unemployed South Africans.
Corruption is a big problem in our country, if we want to see change, we must all be willing to hold those in power accountable.
