Pam is a managing director of Zenande Leadership Consulting (Pty) Ltd a Leadership and Organisational Development Consulting Company. Zenande is in its 7th year of operation and offers services that include: Change Management, Leadership Development, Strategic planning and Implementation, Team Development Solutions, Coaching and Mentoring. She holds a B Com (Rhodes University) and a Masters in Business Leadership (UNISA) degrees and is a Certified Coach with the Coach Training Alliance and is trained in Enneagram in the narrative tradition, coaching with the Enneagram as well as an accredited in the Integrative Accredited Practitioner. She has undergone training with internationally renowned trainers like Dr. David Daniels, Peter O’Hanrahan as well as Dr. Ginger Lapid-Bogda and this has given her an international perspective in the work she does. Pam practices as a leadership coach (with a particular interest in professional women), organisational change and turnaround practioners as well as a speaker on leadership issues. She uses the Enneagram in her coaching and this tool assists her with working holistically with her clients. She takes an integrated approach to coaching and works with a special focus on developing personal leadership styles and towards cultivating greater self-management, in optimizing the potential of each person or team she coaches. She is a practitioner member of the Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa (COMENSA) She has held executive positions in the public sector for almost 14 years and has served as a Municipal Manager and Director General for two national departments. In these roles she has developed her skills in leadership, developing and implementing organisational strategies, people management, stakeholder management and financial management. As an entrepreneur and a consultant she has worked with organisations in both the public and private sector and is currently running her own business and this makes her to fully appreciate the challenges and opportunities faced by her clients and work proactively with them in order to achieve long-term sustainable results. Her consulting project repertoire includes project management, facilitation of strategy development processes; offering strategic advice to clients; municipal turnaround; organisational development, change management, board assessments, team coaching and effectiveness.
